The color blind test is an informational screening tool. It runs on consumer displays that are not color calibrated, and its results can vary between devices, lighting conditions, and sessions.

• It does not diagnose any medical condition and is not a substitute for an eye examination.
• It must not be used to meet occupational, licensing, military, or legal color vision requirements.
• If you are concerned about your color vision — especially if it has changed recently — consult an optometrist or ophthalmologist.

colorblindtest.app provides a free browser-based color vision screening test. Features, plate design, scoring, and availability may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

• Use the site for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the site for malicious purposes.
• Do not present results from this site as a professional diagnosis or certification.

The site design, plate generator, text, and branding are owned by colorblindtest.app. The general concept of pseudo-isochromatic plates is not owned by us, and this site is not affiliated with the publishers of the Ishihara test or with EnChroma, Inc. Product names are mentioned for comparison only.

Test results are stored locally in your browser. We are not responsible for results lost when you clear site data, switch browsers or devices, or use private browsing. Analytics are described in the Privacy Policy.

The site and test are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, colorblindtest.app and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on test results.
